This website is produced by Beach-N-Bay Getaways and URelax Vacation Rentals, the two largest vacation rental management companies in Morro Bay. We have participated in all community forums, city council meetings and committee meetings about the proposed modifications to Morro Bay VR regulations. Through these engagements, we have come to realize that this battle over STRs is being fought up and down the coast of California and across the nation and there is lots of data out there that proves that the actual problems caused by STRs are greatly exaggerated. We strongly advocate for reasonable regulations that can truly be enforced. 

We are deeply concerned that the city is listening to a small group of very vocal people and is headed down the path of basing their regulations on fictional stories of perceived problems that are not real. (Read The Facts Here).
